Glossary
Terms used in the Tulpar GO partner cabinet and operations.
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Partner | A company operating in a city (or several cities) on the platform |
| Partner cabinet | The web admin panel showing only your partner account's sections |
| Super admin | Administrator of the Tulpar GO / X Labs platform |
| Partner administrator | The main partner role: tariffs, drivers, finance, staff |
| Dispatcher | Shift operator: orders and assignments |
| Dispatch («Диспетчерская») | The map and live orders screen |
| Offer | An order offer to a driver in the app, with a timer |
| Auto-search («Автопоиск») | Automatic driver matching by radius and scoring |
| Class | Car or parcel type (economy, comfort, small…) |
| Tariff | Class price parameters: pickup, ₸/km, ₸/min, minimum |
| Ride package | A prepaid set of rides that the partner sells to a driver |
| Royalty | The platform commission on rides; 1% in the contract (details in the agreement) |
| Franchise fee | A payment for connection / the city under the contract, separate from royalty |
| Partner commission | What the partner withholds from drivers (your percentage); not the same as royalty |
| Intercity | The intercity module: routes, requests, trips, seats |
| Request | A passenger's intercity request before a driver's response is confirmed |
| Response | A driver's offer on a request |
| Delivery | City parcel delivery by courier |
| Courier | The person delivering (often the same driver in delivery mode) |
| Platform invoice | Monthly Tulpar GO / X Labs commission invoice to the partner |
| Driver balance | The driver's funds in the app (top-ups, deductions, payouts) |
| Module | A pluggable set of features (delivery, intercity…) |
| Demand zone | A polygon with a price multiplier |
| Source "Dispatcher" («Диспетчер») | The order was created by an operator, not by a passenger in the app |
